Refund & Cancellation Policy

At InkMyGift, every product is made with love and care. Since most of our items are custom-made and personalized, our refund and cancellation process is slightly different from standard online stores.
⚠️ Important Notice on Customized Orders
Since most of the InkMyGift products are custom-made or personalized as per your design, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed or sent for production.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed in cases of:
- Defective, damaged, or broken items received
- Incorrect product or design printed (different from approved order)
- Non-delivery due to our fault
All such cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof at support@inkmygift.com.
Please double-check spelling, design placement, and customization details before placing your order.
🛍️ Order Cancellations
- Customized Orders: Once customization or printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Non-Customized Products: You may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
To request cancellation, email us at support@inkmygift.com with your order number.
🔁 Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are eligible only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Product damaged or defective on arrival
- Major printing or customization error made by our team
📸 Please share clear photos or videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery to support@inkmygift.com.
After verification, we’ll offer:
- Replacement of the same product
- Store credit, or
- Full refund (if replacement not possible)
🚫 Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot accept returns or refunds in these cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Spelling/image/design errors provided by the customer
- Slight color or texture variations due to print or screen differences
- Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
- Products damaged after delivery
Please double-check names, spellings, and uploaded photos before checkout.
📦 Return & Refund Process
If your refund or replacement is approved:
- We’ll share the return address via email.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Once received and verified, refund/replacement is processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as InkMyGift Store Credit.
🚚 Return Shipping
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) or as InkMyGift Store Credit.
Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
🔹 Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return shipping costs will be borne by InkMyGift only if the product is defective or incorrect.
- In all other cases, the customer must cover the return shipping cost.
🔹 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your payment provider — processing may take a few days.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@inkmygift.com.
