Orders & Customization

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch.
Custom orders take an additional 1–3 days for production.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

We currently offer Express Shipping (2–4 days) for select locations and products.
Same-day delivery is not available yet but coming soon.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can also log in to your account and click My Orders → Track Order.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

We’ll help you contact the courier and track your shipment.
If lost or untraceable, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund as per our Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

How do I place a custom order on InkMyGift?

Select the product you want → click “Customize” → upload your design, name, or photo → preview → add to cart → checkout.
You’ll receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp once placed.

Can I see a preview before my order is printed?

Yes! For most customized items, you can preview your design live using our customization tool.
For complex custom orders (like bulk or corporate items), our design team will share a digital mockup for approval.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t entered production, we can make changes.
However, once printing or cutting starts, we cannot modify or cancel customized orders.
Please double-check all details before checkout.

What if my uploaded photo or design isn’t clear?

If we notice poor image quality, our team will contact you before printing.
We may request a higher-quality version to ensure the best result.

Payments & Offers

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Paytm, Razorpay, Net Banking, and wallet payments.
All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
Some offers may automatically apply during checkout (no code needed).

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, COD is available for select pin codes and products.
You’ll see the COD option during checkout if eligible.

Returns & Refunds

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Don’t worry!
Please share clear photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery at support@inkmygift.com.
We’ll verify and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Can I return a customized product?

Since custom-made products are made just for you, returns aren’t accepted unless the product is defective or wrongly made.
Please check all details carefully before confirming your order.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Products & Printing

What printing methods do you use?

We use high-quality printing methods like:

  • DTF (Direct-to-Film)

  • Sublimation

  • Screen Printing

Are the prints washable and durable?

Yes! Our prints are long-lasting and vibrant.
We recommend gentle washing (inside out) and avoiding harsh detergents or ironing directly on the print.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Absolutely! We provide bulk printing and corporate gifting solutions for events, teams, or weddings.

General Queries

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.

Do you have a physical store?

We currently operate online only.
However, you can visit our workspace in Hyderabad by prior appointment.
