🛠️ How to Place Your Order

1️⃣ Select the Desired Width (↔️ Length)
Choose the total width of your custom text or name cutout — this defines the overall size from left to right.

2️⃣ Select the Thickness
Pick your preferred MDF thickness (e.g., 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, or 8mm) depending on where or how you plan to use it.

3️⃣ Click on “Customize”
You’ll be redirected to our design page powered by Lumise.

4️⃣ Add Your Text
Click on the text box, click on the font you prefer and type your desired name or word.
➤ For attached letters, we recommend using a cursive or script font to ensure smooth connections.

5️⃣ Adjust Your Design
Resize, align, or change the font as per your preference.
You can also preview how your design looks on the board size you selected.

6️⃣ Add to Cart & Place Order
Once you’re happy with your design, click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
Your personalized MDF cutout will be crafted and shipped to you within 3–5 working days.

📏 Please Note

• The height adjusts automatically based on the selected width, number of letters, and chosen font.

• Height is calculated from the top of the tallest letter to the bottom of the lowest letter.
  (Example: In the name “Shayaan”, measurement runs from the top of “S” to the bottom of “y”.)

• Your text is case-sensitive, so double-check capitalization before submitting your order.

• Minor design adjustments may be made for structural strength — small letters, dots, or punctuation marks may be slightly connected or thickened.

• Production Time: Each piece is custom-made and dispatched within 3–5 working days. (We currently do not accept urgent orders.)

• Measurement Policy:

  • If your design’s height exceeds the selected width proportion, it will be resized to maintain balance.

  • Only one dimension (either width or height) remains fixed as per your selection; the other will adjust proportionally.
