We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how and when your orders will reach you.


🟣 1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment and design confirmation (if applicable).
  • For customized products, production time may vary depending on design complexity or approval delays.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

⏱️ If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer — we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp if that happens.


🟢 2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the type of product:

Note: Customized products take additional time due to production and quality checks before dispatch.


🟠 3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: on orders above ₹499 (within India).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: ₹59–₹99 for orders below ₹499, depending on product type and delivery location.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for bulk orders or oversized items.

🔵 4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking link and courier details.
  • You can also log in to your account and go to “My Orders” → “Track Order”.
  • Common courier partners: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and Xpressbees.

🟣 5. Delays & Exceptions

Sometimes, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen courier or logistics issues
  • Weather conditions, natural events, or festivals
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

InkMyGift is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies, but we will actively help track and resolve issues to ensure smooth delivery.


🟢 6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
If an order returns to us due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

We can re-ship it, but re-shipping charges will apply.


🟠 7. International Shipping (Optional Section)

If you plan to ship abroad later, keep this section (otherwise, remove it for now).

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
  • International shipping options will be available soon — stay tuned!

🔵 8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged parcel:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the outer packaging and the product.
  2. Contact us at support@inkmygift.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We’ll verify with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll file a claim with the courier and keep you informed at every step.
